FTT offer worldwide support for fire testing instruments manufactured in our factory.We recommend that all fire testing equipment be serviced regularly in order to keep it calibrated and in the best working order.

Service visits can be arranged with the service manager at FTT, who will either arrange for your local engineer or our UK based engineers to visit you. In addition to working with FTT instruments our engineers are experienced workers with equipment supplied by most other manufacturers.

FTT offer Core, Advanced and Premium service programs.
These programs focus on maximising the performance of customers instruments, minimising downtime and optimising laboratory productivity.

a – Software updates are issued under the same major release number (for example 3.2 to 3.3)
b – Software upgrades are issued between major release numbers (for example 3.2 to 4.0)
c – Replacement calibrated transducers will be provided annually

In order to provide fast and efficient servicing and maintenance we hold a large stock of spare parts for all products in the FTT range.
